Insight involves an inner compass that is built upon self-knowledge. You cannot develop your own brand of custom designed self-mastery unless you have deep awareness that tells you how and when to be strict with yourself and how and when to be lenient. Everyone has a unique receipt for self-mastery based on individual traits. When you understand yourself and follow your script outline you will have an easier time dealing with unexpected situation and getting along with others. (Pullman A. , A Cool and Relaxed Life, 2017) We offer several workshops through the Uniqueness of You Website, including one called the Creative Nosiness Workshop, which includes a segment on Creative Self-Empowerment. (Audrey Pullman, 2021) Other topics covered in the workshop include:
The simple story is what makes us human. No other animal has this ability to use its power. It is what made us collaborate in large groups, enabling us to rapidly rise to the apex of the food chain, from whence, we began to rule the entire planet. (Jacobs, n.d.) References

Creative people have developed a self-awareness on how to adjust to life unexpected changes at a moment notice. They view life as the pure consciousness of elevating thinking to obtain the greatest level of human experience in finding their creative opportunity. (Pullman A. , A Cool and Relaxed Life, 2017) Starting today and over the next three months, in bi-monthly posts, we will examine the formula for Creative Self-Empowerment: P = I+M3+H2=UxS
The Power of Story is a technique used to help you reflect on your life. Storytelling is also being leveraged as a tool for corporate training in many areas, including leadership, branding, messaging and fundraising. Increasingly, Fortune 500 companies, non-profits and foundations are hiring experienced storytellers to coach executives on how to craft their own compelling stories about the work they do and produce themed storytelling events featuring the organization’s executives and staff. (Tracey Segarra, 2018) When reflecting on your own life in order to develop your story, consider these essential elements: 1) Be sure are telling your OWN story, not someone else’s. 2) What are the stakes? In other words, does your story have tension, does it reflect something you must gain (or lose) in order to start your journey? 3) Be authentic and vulnerable. Don’t embellish the facts in order to make your story sound more exciting. 4) Tell how your story changed you. If you wrote a movie script and directed your life what would be the low and high points? How would you work those challenges? Working through means that by repeated handling of your inner life memories, feelings, issues, concern- you are bringing out the toxicities to craft a more hopeful and truthful narrative for yourself. You will begin to build upon what was good in your past and breaking down and relinquishing what was not. You will reconstruct a more empowered self. Working through your problems allows you to manage and draw energy from forces that once undermined you. You reconcile the past, so you can have a better future. In the next installment of this Creative Self-Empowerment series, we will explore the concept of Insight and how it builds upon the self-knowledge you discover as you tell your story. References
