         I understand that I am working with Dr. Audrey Pullman for professional coaching at the agreed-upon fee retainer payble via automatic payments on my credit card through Square invoices, reoccurring until I stop this agreement. 
         We will have standing scheduled times each week in person, by telephone, or using other mutually agreed-upon platforms.
          Additionally, working with Audrey on retainer provides me with interim support if needed in between sessions. All phone calls/texts etc. will be responded to within 48 hours. If there are special circumstances or events that require significant time (anything over 15 minutes) or an additional session, the monthly fee will be adjusted.
         All information in our sessions will be completely confidential unless I request otherwise in writing.
         Professional Coaching is distinctly different than counseling, psychotherapy, and psychoanalysis, and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. I am not under the medical care of Audrey, and she is not acting as a Psychiatrist, Psychoanalyst or Physician in this collaboration. Audrey does not write prescriptions for medical interventions. Professional Coaching does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, so healthcare insurance does not apply. However, these fees may be considered deductible business expenses. 
       Coaching is all about proceeding, new practices, accountability, and putting in the time to make changes that support my desired outcomes. These scheduled sessions are crucial steps in our progression, each building off the next. Therefore, it is important to make up missed sessions in a timely manner.
         If I need to reschedule my appointment, I understand that I must contact Audrey no less than 24 hours prior to that appointment, or that session is lost. Regardless of my being sick or my appointment falling on a holiday, it is my responsibility to reschedule within the same calendar month. Special circumstances can be addressed if need be through agreement with Audrey.
